My Story

I have 15+ years of experience in evaluation and performance management, with a career foundation in project design and management that has grown to include program and organizational-level change initiatives. In my most recent role, I increased the proportion of funding packages with meaningful KPIs from 5% to 60% in a single year—giving leaders stronger evidence to secure resources and track progress toward impact.
 

Clients in both the public and private sectors (especially public health) turn to me to improve services and demonstrate impact. I build consensus among diverse groups, interpret data collaboratively, and help organizations move forward in environments where technology, culture, and interests are constantly shifting.
 

I’m recognized for moderating sensitive conversations with empathy and curiosity, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to measure progress, and applying an iterative, learning-focused approach to drive continuous improvement. I deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to executives in culturally appropriate and accessible terms.
