Melissa's Story

Melissa has 15+ years of experience in evaluation and performance management, with a career foundation in project design and management that has grown to include program and organizational-level change initiatives. In her most recent role, she increased the proportion of funding packages with meaningful KPIs from 5% to 60% in a single year—giving leaders stronger evidence to secure resources and track progress toward impact.
